Special Olympics training and competition is open to
every person with intellectual disabilities who is at
least eight years of age and who registers to
participate in Special Olympics.

Athletes
living in towns with community based programs (see buttons
at left) should contact the person listed regarding participation
information.
School aged athletes should inquire within your schools
regarding participation.
Athletes associated with specific agencies should require
within your agency as to participation possibilities.

none of the above apply, please contact the State Office for
information on how to register as an Independent Athlete.
