The Central Area has been eliminated and has been absorbed into the other three areas.  Those residing in the “old” Central Area can attend the Area Games of your choice.
 

The position of “Area Director” no longer exists as you have known in the past.  Instead, all registrations for the Areas should be sent to, and will be processed through the State office. 
 

For each Area event, there will be a local person hired to serve as the Area Competition Coordinator (ACC).  This is a paid position with duties including, but not limited to:
 

	Securing and organizing competition facilities
	Recruitment and training of volunteers
	Organizing Opening Ceremonies

Events offered in the Areas have been made uniform.  The following events will be offered in each of the areas:
 

	Basketball
	Singles Bowling
	Unified Bowling (Doubles)
	Aquatics
	Spring Games
