Tip-A-Cop

Each year Law enforcement personnel trade their handcuffs and badges for menus and aprons as they “wait tables” asking patrons to make donations to Special Olympics South Dakota. Participating restraunts have been Red Lobster (Rapid City) and Texas Roadhouse (Sioux Falls).
