For more than a generation, Special
Olympics has been opening up a world where its athletes could achieve goals and
experience sports competition. It has created opportunities for Special Olympics
athletes both on the playing field and off the playing field as coaches,
officials and messengers for the movement. It has built self-esteem, instilled
pride and brought joy to millions of people.
From the athletes and the family
members, to the coaches, volunteers and donors, Special Olympics can change
lives. Whether you are looking for inspiration, or want to inspire, Special
Olympics can touch your life.
